We will explain in detail what your legal options are.  After you decide which legal option to pursue, we carefully explain what will happen, what you can expect from us and from the U.S. government.  Important verbal conversations will be followed up with written information for future reference. 

We recognize culture affects how people communicate and patiently explore what people mean by what they say.  We take extra time during initial interview to get to know you because we believe that respects cultural and linguistic differences and saves time at a later date. 

We usually will return your phone calls/e-mails within 1 business day, sooner if you indicate you have an emergency situation.  Occasionally this is not possible, typically because the attorney is out of the office.

Our staff are fully trained in handling confidential matters.  If an attorney is not available to speak with you, you may leave a written message or a voicemail for the attorney.  If you have a specific question, please consider stating that question in your message rather than simply asking the attorney to return your call.  Sometimes questions require research.  If the attorney knows what the question is, the research can be done prior to returning the call.

If you are a phoning to schedule an appointment, staff are authorized to make those arrangements for the attorney. 

Staff also are fully trained about general immigration processes and able to answer most general questions. However, please remember only an attorney can give legal advice.  Staff will remind about this when they speak with you.
